Size requirement must scale to 22″ wide x 28″ high
Image must be primarily of Zozobra
Artwork that incorporates our Zozobra Decades Project 2000-2010’S theme will be privileged.

Submissions are due Friday, Friday, March 17, 2023, by 5 p.m.

The winning artwork will be seen by thousands who will hang a Zozobra poster on their wall or add a Zozobra t-shirt to their collection. And best of all, the net proceeds of all poster and t-shirt sales will be given back to our community in the form of grants to nonprofits that make life better for New Mexico kids!
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY NOT POST YOUR ARTWORK ON SOCIAL MEDIA, ON A WEBSITE, OR TO THE PUBLIC IN ANY WAY PRIOR TO THE JUDGING. IF YOU SHOW YOUR WORK IN ADVANCE OF THE JUDGING, WE’RE SORRY BUT YOUR WORK WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. THIS IS TO PROTECT YOUR CREATIVITY AND YOUR AMAZING ARTWORK FROM BEING COPIED OR BOOTLEGGED. The winner of the Official Zozobra Poster Contest will receive fifteen (15) copies of their winning poster and four (4) tickets to a premium viewing area at the 2023 Burning of Zozobra.
The winner of the Official Zozobra T-shirt Contest will receive four (4) of their winning t-shirts and 4 tickets to a premium viewing area for the 2023 Burning of Zozobra.
The winner of the Official Zozobra Student Poster Contest will receive ten (10) copies of their winning poster and four (4) tickets to a premium viewing area at the 2023 Burning of Zozobra.
The winner of the Official Zozobra Student T-shirt Contest will receive (2) of their winning t-shirts and four (4) tickets to a premium viewing area at the 2023 Burning of Zozobra.

How To Submit Your Artwork
Online submissions are preferred and can be made ON THE FORM BELOW
Electronic entries will be printed on 8.5″ x 11″ white paper for the judges to view.
Artwork can be hand-delivered to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Fe/Del Norte (click on the link for map) located at 6600 Valentine Way, Santa Fe, NM 87507, Monday through Friday between 3-5 p.m. until Friday, March 17, 2023 at 5 p.m. Please enter at the main entrance with the double doors and let the receptionist know you’re delivering Zozobra art. ONLY USE AND PRINT OUT THIS SUBMISSION FORM IF YOU ARE MAILING OR DROPPING OFF: 2023 Zozobra Artist Agreement
Work that is hand-delivered must include the entry form and the artist is responsible for securely packaging the artwork to prevent damage in transit. Arrangements to retrieve hand-delivered work will be made after judging has been completed in May; please be sure that your contact information is on your entry form so we can return your artwork to you.
All artwork must be received by Friday, March 17, 2023, at 5 p.m. The Kiwanis Club is not responsible for late or misdirected mail or for electronic and in-person deliveries; late entries will not be accepted.
