THE 98TH BURNING OF ZOZOBRA on Friday, September 2, 2022 says goodbye to COVID restrictions with a rockin’ 90s dance party!

The Burning of Zozobra is a unique cultural event staged annually by the Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe, NM, on the Friday before Labor Day as an exciting and fiery finale to the last days of summer.   

YOU are about to encounter Santa Fe, New Mexico’s most unforgettable icon –– ZOZOBRA! Now, it’s up to you to choose where you want to witness this epic battle between the forces of light and darkness. Who will win? Be at Fort Marcy Park on Friday, September 2, 2022, and you’ll find out!

And remember –– ZOZOBRA is over 50 feet tall so whether you’re right at his feet or hanging out in the ballpark to shout “Burn Him,” you won’t miss a thing!
