Rage as Reclamation is an embodied and somatic opportunity to connect with your inner rage. We live in a society that doesn’t always offer spaces for us to feel safe in expressing our inner rage. So we act out, we numb, we self sabotage.

In this container, we will connect with our body, breath and sound to alchemize this emotion into creative life force energy that we can utilize in more efficient ways.
