Come enjoy the sweet summer vibes of the El Rey Court lawn while supporting Santa Fe's DIY music festival, Portalfest! Now in its 3rd year, Portalfest is a full day of music on Saturday, August 10th featuring over 50 local bands, a family and kids zone, performance art stage, wellness area, food trucks, art market, and more! Grab some drinks and pizza to share with friends while dancing to live music by Santa Fe's own Velvet Vision and Delicate Flower. Music from 5:30-8:30pm.
Velvet Vision is the solo synth pop project of Betty Taylor, a musician currently based in Santa Fe, NM. Leaning into a longstanding love of both electronic and pop music, Velvet Vision is characterized by a pronounced use of synthesizers, samples, and lush vocal harmonies to create rosy yet reflective songs.
Delicate Flower is the solo project of Santa Fe singer songwriter Ryn Beamer. Ryn’s guitar work and lyrical content are woven together to create melancholic stories with a playful sense of humor.
This night is all about community! Welcoming queer identifying people + allies to celebrate and strengthen Santa Fe queer communities. Our goal is to create a space that is intentionally queer-centered, initiated and inspired by members of our Queer-identifying team and community.
Come on out every Monday at La Reina to meet like-minded members of the community, and try our Cherry Sour drink special; a portion of sales from this special will support Portalfest.
*Ask our bartenders to make our cocktails into a mocktail + fun non-alcoholic options!
La Reina is a mezcal- and tequila-focused bar located at El Rey Court, that is dog-friendly with indoor and outdoor seating and open 7 days a week.
