Historic Santa Fe Foundation (HSFF) is pleased to present a lecture by Nicolasa Chávez tracing the history of chocolate beginning with its use in the pre-Columbian Americas, the Spanish Colonial Southwest, and its introduction in Europe and rise in popularity around the globe.
